ORANGE, Conn., Dec 02, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE: HUBA, HUBB) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.35 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on January 12, 2009, to holders of record on December 15, 2008.
