The first presentation will be Hubbell's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to begin at 9:00 AM on Monday, May 6, 2002.

The second presentation will be the Company's appearance before The Electrical Products Group of New York Spring Conference. The Hubbell presentation is scheduled to begin at 10:45 AM on Tuesday, May 7, 2002.
