The first presentation will be Hubbell's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to begin at 9:00 AM local time on Monday, May 3, 2004.

The second presentation will be the Company's appearance before The Electrical Products Group of New York Spring Conference. The Hubbell presentation is scheduled to begin at 10:45 AM ET on Tuesday, May 4, 2004.
